New Feeds and Enhancements Added
As if the 10 channels FeedPerfect currently offers wasn’t enough….. The Solid Cactus team has worked long and hard to add three more to the list. These new additions bring the FeedPerfect channel list to a whopping 13! The new additions we are referring to are Pronto, Sort Price and Become.
To go one step further, we have added Default Channel Categorization by Store Category!
Currently, you can have a single default channel category (1 per channel) for your entire store. Since the FeedPerfect goal is to get more bang for your buck, the new feature allows for a different default channel category for EACH of your store Categories!
The default channel category can be set for some or all of your store categories. Any unassigned store categories will use the default channel category. Individual products can be categorized as usual.
To make life& use easier, the wizard has been redesigned and includes the new Default Channel Categorization.

‘Bulk Channel Assignments’ have ALSO been added! Now, using the results of your search, you can make assignments and search your products based on your search results!
Based on your search you can:
* Include OR Exclude your search results
* Include your search results and exclude all other products
* Exclude your search results and include all other products
There have been a number of changes to Shopzilla Categories. This is covered in a separate Blog Post.
Hmmm… Sortprice is an odd one to add to Feedperfect since it isn’t a PPC. It’s a flat fee service. Not very effective I might add. It was the biggest waste of advertising $$$ I’ve ever had during the holidays of 06.
Are you looking at Amazon’s new Product ads program? They contacted me this week to use this service. I won’t do it unless it is added to Feedperfect though. Let me know if you’re planning to add it or if you need more info.
